2. About Academatrix Academatrix is an educational platform that provides users with access to forward-thinking courses and tools to create, sell, and share educational content. The platform is owned and operated by All Things Ads, an AI-powered promotion group based in South Africa.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify Academatrix immediately of unauthorized access to or use of your account.

5. Course Creators and Revenue Sharing If you create and sell courses on Academatrix:

• You retain ownership of your content but grant Academatrix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, market, and distribute your courses.
• Academatrix operates on a revenue-sharing model. Specific details about revenue percentages and payout processes will be outlined in the Revenue Sharing Policy.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

Academatrix reserves the right to remove courses that violate these Terms or the platform’s policies.

6. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, logos, and materials provided by Academatrix (excluding user-generated content) are the intellectual property of Academatrix or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Payments and Refunds

• Users agree to pay all applicable fees for courses and services.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by the Refund Policy available on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Academatrix and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. The platform is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
