1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

a. Technical Issues:

  • If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to a course, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.

b. Dissatisfaction with Course Content:

  • If you are unsatisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 50% of the course content.

c. Duplicate Purchases:

  • If you accidentally purchase the same course more than once, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • If the refund request is made after the eligible refund period.
  • If more than 50% of the course content has been completed.
  • If the course was purchased during a promotional sale clearly marked as “non-refundable.”
  • If the user’s account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Use.

    • The reason for your refund request.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 15 – 30 Days.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
